7. Disclosure of personal data the Company holds
In cases where an identifiable person or an identifiable person’s agent requests disclosure of personal data the Company holds, the Company shall respond without delay, except in the following cases:

If disclosure is likely to harm the life, wellbeing, property, or other rights or interests of the identifiable person or a third party
If disclosure is likely to seriously interfere with the proper implementation of the Company’s business
If disclosure would violate any law or regulation
